Definitely solitude. Looks like a peaceful way to spend the afternoon.
Perspective view and spectator's view doesnt matters here, it is up to the boat, but from my view i can say it as loneliness !
In my view it looks a little creepy-as if the person in the boat jumped off and drowned or something!
